Need mechanic to help remove broken stud for water pump

Hi, I broke a stud that holds the water pump while installing a new water pump. I have tried numerous methods to remove the stud but with no success. I have used heat with PB blaster and a vice grip with no success. There is about 1/2" of the stud sticking out, enough for a vice grip but it does not budge. The car is a 1995 BMW m3 track car. I need to get this stud off and replace it with a new one as soon as possible. Please let me know if this is something you can help me with. I am located in Northern Liberties, Philadelphia.
