I need an experienced F250 diesel 7.3 mechanic who will be able to diagnose the exact problem and fix it for an affordable reasonable price.

Cant get 7.3 to fire. Truck has new injectors, harness, IPR, ICP, and HPOP. I am at a loss of what it could be.
