My SUV won't turnover. Had Auto Zone charge battery fully. Nothing comes on. When I hook battery booster to battery car makes noise but will not turnover. Inside lights turn on but will not start.

I have a 2005 ford escape hybrid. I believe it just needs to get the cpu ,pcm, re flashed. Whatever the issue its electrical. Could be a weak connection somewhere not sure. Any ford hybrid experts?
