Foolishly tried to install a turbo timer and Now my car won’t start. It has power, battery is at 13.9 according to meter. Turns over, just won’t start. Battery level drops when I turn it over. I can leave the car on and it has full power just won’t start.

Need a mobile mechanic to come and look at my car and see why it won't start. I think maybe be alternator related but im not sure. Willing to negotiate costs.
