i just purchased a 2013 chevy impala, and it seems like im having a issue with the security system.when i try to start the car it does nothing and when i swith the key to the off position theres a chime noise coming from underneath the dashboard drivers side.

Car started stalling when slowing down and stopping, would restart right away. Got home and parked it next day my kid looked at it and it wouldn't start, everything turns on it just won't kick over. 32/F Don’t know anybody in the area do you a lot of work on my own cars... Currently got myself into a project with a 99 intrepid for my daughter it is kicking my butt. Trying to do the rear struts and can’t get the suspension down far enough to come off of it. Looking for a helping hand and some extra knowledge.
