I have a 2004 Ford Taurus throwing up a charging system error despite a new battery (2 months old). I'm looking for a trustworthy mechanic who is also willing to take a personal check (I live in CoMo so my checks are are local) and who could take a look. Car usually throws up the error while stopped, then disappears while accelerating. Acceleration is also sluggish.
