Purchased kyb OEM struts, need them installed. I have called around to many shops and they are unwilling to install with supplied parts.

The belt tensioner went out on my 2002 Audi A4. So I went to the auto part store and bought one. Unfortunately I do not have the necessary tools nor the car knowledge to install the new part. Once the part is installed the car should run just fine.

I was driving the other day and heard a snap. My car now won't go into gear. I can cycle through them but it won't catch. It starts and everything is good but that. Even when I'm in park my car still rolls I have to put the emergency brake on to stop it from rolling. Im pretty sure it's the shift cable/linkage. I need it fixed as soon as possible.
