I have a 06 Chevy uplander and Friday I started it to leave and a few mins later the horn, hazards, wipers and door locks started going crazy so we turned it off and it kept doing it so we undid the battery and waited 15 mins and tried again and it still did it so we waited a hour and then it did nothing the engine lights on and the dash says starting disabled
