i need someone to remove the halo lights out of my car and also change the oil ring. My car battery is getting drained because of the halo lights

2001 vw Golf 1.8T needs clutch replaced. I bought and have the clutch kit for installation. Car is raised and ready to drop tranny. BF didn't have tranny jack so its sat for a long time. I hope It can be done for a reasonable cost while I have a little money to do it.
