Went to start my 1990 pajero today and got the glow plugs to temp and went to start the car. Turned it over for 5 seconds or so and when I went back to off position the starter was still turning. I hopped out immediately to lift lid and the plastic covering on the negative battery connection was melting.

Need a diesel mechanic to inspect a school bus converted to RV. 1998 Dt444e dognose bus with 545 Alison transmission. All around safety and estimate for any necessary mechanical work. Currently Runs without any known issues but has been sitting recently. A mobile mechanic would be perfect. Parked in metchosin. Thanks

Cranks but does not start. Fuel pump seems good, used ignition fluid on air filter, still no go. not sure what's wrong.

Go through my valves and make sure there tolerances are within spec. I can give you a hand just don't have the tools

I am looking for a quick fluids and check on my Ford Explorer Sport Trac (2004). Sat for a while (about 16 months).
