Your EGR is probably goggled need to remove it and spray it out with brake cleaner and use a blow gun with compressed air on once it is cleaned the air flow will be better and the code will go away, look at the turbo and see if it looks good grab the center cone of it and pull it and push it back and forth if it fells lose or it make noise that me be next to be repalces.
