Hello, my name is Doug Meldrum and am sending you a resume to apply for a Heavy Duty Mechanic. I am a certified Welding Fabricator for the past 25 years with experience on using ALL processes and shielding gasses. I have now completed the fourth and final year of schooling for a second career called Heavy Duty Mechanic. As a duel trades person I have past experience with other journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanics on large equipment (Graders and Loaders), semi trucks/trailers including engine and transmission total overhauls, replaced rear oil seals on axles and drum brakes with full shoe replacement with front to back grease jobs on both large equipment and semi trucks/trailers. Just so you know I am willing to relocate to your area if and when a permanent position is offered. I am at the age of 50, a non smoker, go to the gym every Monday to Thursday to keep fit and ENJOY both my trades I take very personally and professionally maintained due to my age and past experiences I have endured.
