Mechanic Job in Summerville, South Carolina

I have a 50cc VIP scooter with a 80cc big bore kit and after market exhaust. Replaced the carb because the stock carb was sealed. Having trouble starting. The guy who did the work is out of town at the moment and says valves prob need to be adjusted. Just looking for someone to do this who won't charge an arm and a leg!.
