I own a 1997 Chevy P30 Stepvan that I use for work. It is leaking reddish/brown liquid along with making a loud whistling/whining noise that is getting worse. I can't tell if the fluid is transmission, coolant, power steering or brake fluid but the brakes feel increasingly rough. I would love someone to look at it asap. I live in Arundel on the Bay in Annapolis.
