Mechanic Job in Fort Worth, Texas

I'm an
Individual
Hello, I have a 2001 Buell Blast that I need fixed. The thing has a little over 8k miles. Basically I believe the problem is with the carburetor. When I first bought the bike, the previous owner said it sat for a while. At first it was difficult to start *would turn over about 100 times before it started* it wouldn't idle unless you gave it gas for a while, eventually it would stay though. Then after riding it for a few months it would eventually not start unless i used starter fluid. Now it won't even start with starter fluid. Randomly i can get it start for a few minutes, but it idles very rough and inconsistently and then eventually shuts down. Things i've tried... Replaced the diaphram due to the rubber part being torn, I have also replaced the O-ring that was on the auto-enricher, Got a new batter *I suspect the magneto/stator is inop*, I replaced the carb/air intake boot. I also replaced the spark plug *I may have messed this up though but I did this when i first bought it and it fine the first month i did so) I haven't checked the spark plug wire but I'm still new at this stuff* Other than that I can not figure this out. I can pay up to 300 dollars seeing as I'm a poor college student and desperately need a cheap mode of transportation for when i transfer to UTA. I will pay for any parts needed as well, or even if someone can come and diagnose the problem and tell me what's needed I will still pay you for your time, as I think I may be potentially/capable of doing the labor. I would prefer text, as I'm usually busy working or in class.
