Mechanic Job in Indian Trail, North Carolina

I bought a 2002 Lincoln Navigator a few months ago and 2 days after getting it, the engine started knocking and got progressively louder. On the 4th day it was so loud I quit driving it and had it towed. A mechanic friend of mine said it sounded like a rod bearing needs to be replaced. I'm looking for a mechanic who can do an engine rebuild. I'm essentially looking for quotes on a rebuild and quotes to take the old engine out and put another one in
