Mechanic Job in Marion, Illinois

i have a 1989 Oldsmobile delta 88 it wont start, back story i changed my battery, my spark plugs, i changed my fuel relays and i also changed my fuel filter and fuel pump, it still wont start, i really just need someone whos going to tell the truth about my car, and what i need to get my car going, I've waited almost 3months
