Mechanic Job in Cleveland, Ohio

I have a 1999 Buick Park Avenue with a GM 3800 V6 Series 2 motor I replaced the upper intake plenum because it had a bad seal I replaced everything using the kit that I purchased I torqued everything to the exact specifications required and replaced all of the EVAP sensors except for the map sensor now the motor will start and idle at 900 RPMs but when I increase the throttle to 2800 RPMs it starts to bog down. I'm stuck now and need a professional opinion how much would it cost for someone to come and look at my vehicle
