Mercenary Roadside Mechanics was started by Terry Haza and his wife, Eleanor. They started this roadside mechanic service in order to give the people an alternative to having to deal with Repair Shops. Since Terry obtained his ASE Masters Certificate, he bounced around from shop to shop, always finding out that all of them just hoodwink the customer and don't actually tell them anything useful. He didn't like this at all, and set out on his own with a few goals in mind. First, was to give the customers their vehicles back faster. At every shop, he noticed they held onto cars and charged "Lot Rent" for doing so. Second was to make sure that the Customer fully understood what was wrong with their vehicles, rather than just fixing wht they thought was wrong.
