Brad was wonderful to work with! We had car trouble last on a Sunday night and needed to get back to Indiana. Brad took the time to listen to our problem and suggested contacting the 24-hour AutoZone to see if they had the part we needed. Once Brad arrived he helped us get to the store and back to repair my vehicle. Brad was prompt to respond and his service was excellent. Brad then made sure everything was working properly before we left on our journey home. Me and my team are so appreciative of the services Brad provided. Brad was professional and kind. He even checked in to make sure we made it home and that my vehicle was running great! I would definitely recommend Brad and if I find myself in the Columbus area again and have car trouble, this is the man I will call. Thank you so much for your assistance, you saved the day (night)!
