I have a 2007 big bear chopper with starter plroblem. Installed new starter, jack shaft and compensator. Still not starting. Getting a kind of grinding sound

Looking to get an opinion and possible fix of a dip stick and housing pipe that came off. Dip stick and pipe are currently in the back seat. Not sure why it came loose or off.

Not sure exactly and it doesn’t start to take it to auto zone I think it had to do with the plugs and coils I’m not sure though
