My Honda CIVIC 2008 LX is not starting. It’s in a shopping mall’s parking lot at Topeaka. I need to fix the starter issue. Tried jumpstart and it did not work. No issue with the battery too. So, we are guessing the starter has gone bad.

Car won't start. All lights come on. Headlights dim when attempting to start but nothing happens. Battery is only a year old.
