Replace brake switch and possible other transmission and electrical issues. Won't come out of park and cabin fan doesn't shut off

Need broken bolt out it is under passenger side wheel and is stuck in there pretty good please help thanks

wheel was making whirring sound...and then would freeze up if trying to back up...now brakes are mushy
