Looking to replacing passenger side exhaust manifold on 03 Escalade. Manifold looks a bit Rusty and leaking.

I need to know what part of my car is leaking antifreeze. The leak us coming from the metal piping that connects to the hoses, but when I tried ordering the pipe, no one knows what I'm talking about. The cars been barely driveable all week!
