Mechanic Job in Greenville, Michigan

Mootsies Marine & Sports Center is looking to grow our service center!!! At Mootsies our mission is to service and repair our customers recreational vehicle or vessel correctly at an affordable price, meeting standards that exceed our customers expectations. No job is considered complete unless our customer is 100% satisfied!

We Are Looking for an experienced Boat Technician / Sub-contractor who needs to be familiar with inboard and outboard motors and able to rig engines and props.

Duties and Responsibilities are but not limited too:

-Inspection of boats and motors as they are received

-Troubleshoot and repair boats & engines for customers and dealer stock under warranty
(Or not under warranty)

-Assist with Rigging jobs when required

-Work Saturdays during busy season as required

Required Knowledge and Skills:

-Ability to follow procedure with attention to detail

-Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

-Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner

-Knowledge of safety procedures

-Knowledge of small outboard mechanics

Required experience:
•Boat mechanic: 1 year
