Mechanic Job in Bohemia, New York

Looking for experienced machine, and maintenance mechanic for an established commercial bakery. Must understand the principles of pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, motors ,gearboxes, and conveyor systems, PLCs, and relay logic. Must be able to troubleshoot and repair production machinery on a solo basis, as well as work within a team when necessary. Will have set hours, but must be available if an emergency arises. This facility utilizes Wrapping machines, fryers, proofers conveyors, mixers, icers , and depositors We are a small family owned commercial bakery with about 160 employees.
