Car will not start, OBD2 reads code 0462 “ fiuel sensor A CHRCUIT LOW”. I can explain more in detail upon arrival, WILL NOT CRANK, I hear the relays clicking , checked all fuses, took out starter and had it tested at two different places And both places got good reading .
