Mechanic Job in Jonesboro, Arkansas

I think last mechanic left a ground off or loose, just my thoughts. But he changed an inner water pump and now it just turns over with out starting. It has always just fired right up, no turning over at all. 2009 Dodge Grand. Caravan With 4.0. May just be a reset of some sort, I tried a rest. But I may of done it wrong going by internet. Last mechanic said it was not getting fire to the electric fuel pump fuse. So guessing the throttle position sensor ground may be loose or off (just a guess of mine). Because when u turn the key to run, he throttle body clicks. But then be changed the fuse box with a used one. I kept the old one that I had, because I doubt that was the issue in anyway. But maybe it made sense, not to me. Please call 901-389-....
