99 Lincoln towncar Ignition lock/switch needs to be replaced. Ignition lock broke when turning the key. Key does not change actual ignition switch position although it moves the as it should and comes out. Switch stuck in accessory position. Battery was disconnected. Still has charge. Car under carport. Safe and easy location to do repair.
