Mechanic Job in Atlanta, Georgia

I purchased a used 2011Buick Regal on January 14, 2019. In March the timing belt broke and destroyed the engine. It will cost $8000.00 to repair. When the check engine light came on I took it back to the dealership the next day and the owner said that he could hear that the car was running rough and within 15-20 minutes he determined that he needed to replace two camshaft solenoids. He did this before he consulted with me. He handed me two old car parts and said that this was the reason why the check engine light was on and that after replacing both camshaft solenoids, I would not have any more problems with the car or with lights coming on. Soon afterwards the car started to sound worse I took it back again and they told me that I was imagining the strange noise. Two days later the car broke down. Now I have a car that I can't afford to repair, I still have to pay the note and insurance. I want to take them to small claims court. My case would be strong if I had the opinion of a master mechanic in a statement to the judge. I am looking for a mechanic who will provide his consultation in writing detailing the proper procedure test, and tools needed to make a diagnosis regarding the check engine light. I never would have continued to drive that car for more than a day if he had not turned off the check engine light and promised me that the car was repaired and I wouldn't have any more problems from it. He told me that he was a mechanic who works on all types of cars. I was scammed. I now have a worthless car that I paid $10,580 plus $8,000, totalling over $18,000 for a used Buick that is trashed.
