My tuck 1998 c1500 4.3l vortec .. started running rough on the interstate really rough I put a new distributor wires and plugs pcv valves and new mass air flow sensor and cleaned the intake got her running again but she's a little rough still need a mechanic to fix her or replace motor to a 350
