Mechanic Job in Pensacola, Florida

2003 Kawasaki Vulcan 1600 classic with 31k miles. Got it off a guy who didn’t take care of it or ride it. I had the tank cleaned and sealed, I installed a quantum fuel pump, new battery with new tender, had both ignition coils tested, good spark on all four plugs. Now here is where I may need some professional help before I start putting real money in it, the bike will start after a bit of cranking, but will only run for about 2-4 sec. FI code 45 for fuel pump wiring short or open. I checked the DFI relay and it seems to be fine on the bench, but I’m getting one volt less at the fuel pump connection than the battery.
