Mechanic Job in Seattle, Washington

I have no idea what he needs. He thinks it's a starter wire and a gas line but he really doesn't know. Everytime he thinks he fixes something he realizes that he messed something else up. Now the truck has a tow notice but he cant tow it because the back tires wont move? I'm tired of this truck being his excuse for everything. I just want to know what needs to be fixed from someone who actually knows what they are doing. If it doesn't cost an arm and a leg I will pay for his truck to be fixed. If it cost too much right now I will pay for in 1 month.
