Mechanic Job in Santa Rosa, California

Hey my names Tim and I have a 1973 Honda cl 350 that I just got running after having it sit for three years. I rebuilt the carbs and redid the electrical system. It idles great but it's just not getting full power. I suspect a carb problem still. When I put my hand over the right muffler it feels a little bit weaker than the left but not much. I've never adjusted carbs and my clymers manual isn't of much help, especially since I don't hear much difference when I turn the idling screw or the gas/air screw. I need help troubleshooting the issue and maybe some help with the mechanics. I'm in Santa Rosa. Please let me know if you're willing to make the trek and for how much. Thank you
