Mechanic Job in Fresh Meadows, New York

Car is parked in a garage a block from my place but had to move from location the next day...and that was 3 weeks ago. There is something that was draining the battery over time, eventually died, I let it sit for weeks....then I replaced the battery and did the work with a friend of mine. Car started and drove to the garage where it's currently parked and after I turned off the engine, I tried to start it again and that never happened. Battery seems completely dead however with a jumper pack/cables, everything looks as if it's going to start, al lights shine bright on the dash, dome, etc....but then it just won't actually start and kick over. I need to move it out of that spot asap and no tow truck can fit into the garage so it has to be started and driven out. I know it's nothing major I just need someone who knows these cars well and can't help me get it out asap.
