Mechanic Job in Anderson, South Carolina

Monday my front passenger tire went flat, yesterday my boss got a new tire and put it on, today 2 lug nuts have come off, the rim is warped from driving on it, unknowingly by my mom and myself, we don't have any money to get it fixed. She's on oxygen and almost out, I have a 2 week old with us in the van, and I need to get my child and my mom home ASAP. Please help us.
