I have a 98 GMC Savana 3500 that was running. It has 350k miles. I turned it off and it wouldn't start again. I'm getting error P1351. I've replace plugs, wires, ICM, coil, distributor. Can't seem to get this van to start. Need someone to diagnose and get it running again.
