Mechanic Job in Yelm, Washington

I have 383 stroker I bought it 18 years from a Machine Shop the vehicle that I was going to put it in got destroyed before I had a chance to install it so I've been hanging on to it ever since the assembly Lube has gotten kind of crusty and I'm thinking I have a oil Port plugged up I'm not getting a lot of oil to my rockers roller rockers so what I'm looking for somebody to come over take a look at what I am doing check out the engine and see if maybe things are right and I don't know it I keep reading different things online things that I read says everything's fine things that I've read says they're not so naturally I'm confused so I need someone with more experience please contact me if you can help
