Mechanic Job in Richmond, Virginia

1. Last year check engine light issue - was a belt/water pump. After that was replaced, consistent battery light going on while driving. Got a new battery, but the light still went off consistently. 2. Fast forward to May 2020, car hasn’t been driven since March. Went To drive the car, which it turned on but the engine wouldn’t run. The next day the car wouldn’t even turn on. To me it sounds like it could be the alternator or starter, but I guess I am looking at an inspection to see if its either so that i could get that part replaced. The new battery was put in May/June of 2019. It is a 2006 Chrysler PT cruiser I bought in 2019 with roughly 85k miles or so on it. It typically only gets driven in the city of Richmond, and I have never driven it further than one hour away.
