Mechanic Job in Milford, Connecticut

So I picked up a 1978 Dodge Monaco Coupe which I am cloning into a Roadrunner and I have two small but annoying issues. a) Horn does not work, aftermarket steering wheel and whoever did it did not properly install the horn wiring including the switch so no horn, there IS power to the horn relay. b) Dome light does not work either with door switches or rotating headlight switch, neither does ignition switch light or selector light. All other lights on that circuit, trunk and glovebox DO work. Circuit #9, fuse is good, also controls horn and there IS power to the horn relay. Pink wire is hot all the time and yellow is switched power. Is this something you would consider repairing?
