Mechanic Job in Los Angeles, California

I have a KTM RC8 1190R with two sets of rims and tires. I want to take the spare set and put them on the bike. This will require removing the brake discs and sprocket off the rims that are on the bike now, and putting them on the spare set of wheels which already have good tires on them. It seems simple enough, but the bike is very powerful and I don't want to mess anything up doing it myself. Also, I cant figure out how to remove the rear sprocket because the nuts are on the inside of the wheel center.
