Mechanic Job in Gahanna, Ohio

To install starter on my 2001 Grand Marquis. I will provide part. My car will not start can not get it to even click, battery was low had it charged and could get no sound from the car at all. sounded like dead battery at first but the could not eve get clicking sound to turn starter over. Had tow truck come and try and jump me he also said it was the starter it needs to be replaced.
