Mechanic Job in Richmond, Virginia

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) a leading manufacturer of corrugated packaging is seeking 2 Maintenance Mechanics for its Richmond, VA plant. Maintenance Mechanic We are currently seeking highly motivated, knowledgeable candidates with excellent mechanical skills who have at minimum a high school diploma or GED. Successful candidate will be required to diagnose, repair, rebuild, and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on all plant manufacturing and support equipment. Qualified candidate must have: at least 2-5 years’ experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery, on the job success in safety, attendance and quality of work expected. Must have in depth knowledge and practical application experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance. Must have own tools. Ability to manage several priorities at once. Preferred Qualifications: Previous plant manufacturing experience, particularly within the corrugated or packaging industry is a plus.
