Must have at least a basic tool set, and a couple certifications would be nice as well. Obviously you'll need a driver's license and the ability to show up every day ready to work with minimal drama. In return I'll pay you very well, hourly, hourly plus commission - your call. I'll treat you like a human with paid holidays and days off. No weekends, no staying late, no pressure to sell more of this or that, just fixing the broken things that come through the door. Could be cars, trucks motorcycles, snowmobiles, boats, mowers, generators, anything that burns fuel basically - so be ready! Im not looking for hacks, parts hangers, cry babies, slobs or lazy people.
