Hi this is weird but I am offering a job I guess for a mechanic to come fix my truck

I have a 1996 Dodge ram I was driving it home it died no electronics no nothing 100% dead had it towed home paid somebody to work on it they didn't finish paid somebody else to fix it not fixed so now I have absolutely no idea what could be wrong with it I've been told just one thing needs to be connected but it looks to me like it's missing wires. So I guess I'm looking for a mechanic too come out and give me an estimate and repair my truck preferably right the first time and from there hopefully to be my regular mechanic.
