Passenger side low beam is not working. Replaced Light, Ballast, and Igniter. Driver side light is okay. Even connected the diver side light to the passenger side to confirm. I expect it's a wiring issue. The old light had a condensation problem, and the old ballast had rust where it connected to the igniter. Wiring need to be tested and fixed.
