Mechanic Job in Cleveland, Ohio

We are a mid-sized, family owned trucking company. We are currently running 20-25 tractors (Freightliners and Internationals) and approximately 40 trailers. I am looking for a head mechanic, an experienced leader. There will be 4-5 mechanics under you, and there is great opportunity for growth. You will be doing anything from adjusting brakes on a trailer to completely rebuilding an engine. The current mechanics I have in the shop are capable of doing almost all of the trailer work, you would mostly just be delegating that work to them. One, possibly two of them will be a great help to you with engine work and other bigger jobs. Again, I am looking for someone who is experienced enough to run a shop.
