We are currently seeking an experienced Bike Mechanic to join our dynamic team in Leesburg, Virginia. Responsibilities: Assemble new eBikes with precision, adhering to manufacturer guidelines Maintain and repair eBikes to ensure optimal performance and safety Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the eBike fleet Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Complete express repairs for delivery riders, prioritizing timely solutions Communicate professionally, patiently and kindly to customers Educate and explain to customers how their ebike's work Assist prospective customers with test rides and introduction to ebikes Qualifications: · Certified by UBI or equivalent a plus · Hands on experience with specialized tools a must · Excellent communication skills · Hands on experience with POS software (Citruslime a plus) · Must possess a keen eye for even the smallest of details. · Meticulous, mechanically-inclined problem-solver type · Highly motivated and thrives in team environment · Ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines · Previous experience is required: Minimum 2 to 3 years with certifications.
