I’m looking to have a pre-purchase inspection done on a used car I’m considering purchasing from a private seller. The vehicle has been sitting for about 3 months and is without plates as it is the seller’s extra vehicle. Mileage is 140k so I’m looking to make sure all major parts are in good shape before I make the purchase, or if there are red flags. Can you let me know if you’re able to meet at the sellers home?
