Mechanic Job in Haslett, Michigan

I've replaced the relay and the break pedal switch and I still have no break lights. Its a 98 chevy 2500 and was wired for trailer breaks and a 5th wheel. I stared with no working taillights at all and managed to get the running lights and turn signals going but can't get the break lights to work or the reverse lights. I know that my break lights are my turn signlas on steady and those both work but I can't seem to figure it out and im tired of messing with it
